ERP Supply Chain Business Analyst, JD Edwards

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Brazil.

📋 Description

• Oversee the analysis, design, implementation, and support of JD Edwards EnterpriseOne Supply Chain modules.

• Assist with Sales Order Management, Procurement, Advanced Warehousing, Inventory Management, Quality Management, Transportation Management, EDI, and other associated modules.

• Collaborate with business relationship managers and technology teams to convert business requirements into JD Edwards solutions.

• Ensure alignment of JDE Supply Chain and Distribution modules with medical device compliance standards, including FDA regulations.

• Facilitate validation documentation, traceability, electronic records/signatures, audit readiness, and change control processes.

• Engage in cloning JD Edwards applications and processes into Vantive’s JDE environments.

• Work alongside Technology, Finance, Manufacturing, Commercial, HR, and various cross-functional teams.

• Partner with stakeholders to outline requirements, functional specifications, and system solutions.

• Coordinate with third-party support and delivery teams to troubleshoot issues and implement enhancements.

• Configure and maintain JD Edwards Supply Chain modules.

• Resolve WMS and other supply chain system integration errors through troubleshooting.

• Deliver end-user training, documentation, and continuous support.

• Lead JD Edwards EnterpriseOne upgrade projects, encompassing requirements definition, impact assessments, functional validation, and user enablement.

• Propel continuous improvement via efficient, scalable, and adaptable solutions.

⛳️ Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in Information Technology, Business Administration, Data Management, or a related discipline.

• Minimum of 7 years of experience with JD Edwards ERP, particularly in Sales Order Management, Procurement, Advanced Warehousing, Inventory Management, Quality Management, Transportation Management, EDI, and Inventory Management modules.

• Strong comprehension of supply chain processes and associated best practices, with practical experience in system configuration and support.

• Demonstrated capability to design, configure, and troubleshoot JD Edwards systems and integrations.

• Experience with JD Edwards 9.2 or later versions is highly preferred.

• Proficiency in Spanish, both spoken and written, is highly desirable.

• Excellent communication skills with both technical and non-technical stakeholders.

• Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities.

• Experience collaborating with third-party support and delivery teams.

• Capability to operate across multiple geographies within a multicultural setting.

• Ability and maturity to manage senior-level stakeholders globally.

• Experience in regulated environments, including privacy and compliance considerations.

• Familiarity with design thinking principles and prior application is strongly preferred.

• Exceptional written and oral communication skills in both English and Spanish.

• Portuguese language skills are considered an advantage.
