ERP Solutions Architect / Consultant

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Pakistan.

📋 Description

• Assess business processes and convert functional needs into scalable ERP solutions.

• Create ERP architecture, system integrations, APIs, middleware, and data flows.

• Produce solution blueprints, technical specifications, and implementation roadmaps.

• Oversee ERP implementation, upgrades, migrations, and digital transformation projects.

• Work collaboratively with functional consultants, developers, project managers, and business stakeholders.

• Establish integration strategies with third-party applications using REST APIs, SOAP, middleware, EDI, and messaging services.

• Develop secure, scalable, and high-availability ERP environments.

• Perform solution reviews, architecture governance, and technical risk assessments.

• Direct data migration strategy, ETL processes, master data management, and data quality initiatives.

• Ensure ERP solutions adhere to enterprise architecture standards and security best practices.

• Deliver technical leadership during discovery sessions, solution workshops, and client presentations.

• Guide development teams and ERP consultants on architecture and implementation best practices.

• Assess emerging ERP technologies and propose enhancements to current systems.

• Assist in post-go-live optimization, performance tuning, and continuous improvement initiatives.

⛳️ Requirements

• Educational credentials in computer science, information systems, business, or a related discipline.

• Over 6 years of experience in designing and implementing ERP solutions across various business functions.

• Proficient experience with ERP integrations, data mapping, and process optimization within ERP environments.

• Capability to translate business requirements into scalable ERP architecture decisions.

• Practical experience with SAP, Oracle, Microsoft Dynamics, or Odoo.

• Experience in ERP data engineering.

• Practical knowledge of ERP implementation methodologies and cross-functional stakeholder management.
