This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Malaysia.

• Oversee and manage reporting tools including Oracle Analytics Cloud (OAC), Microsoft (MS) Power BI, and MS SharePoint sites.

• Track performance metrics, ensure stability of data refreshes, and administer user access as needed.

• Assist with configuration updates and document associated procedures.

• Handle data from additional key sources as necessary (Microsoft SharePoints, Power BI data model, Oracle, etc.).

• Collaborate closely with IT for issue troubleshooting, defect reproduction, and functional testing.

• Validate system enhancements, fixes, and new releases prior to deployment.

• Provide comprehensive test results and feedback to aid in technical resolutions.

• Conduct data analysis to support business reviews and operational requirements.

• Create and sustain both recurring and ad-hoc reports.

• Schedule automated reporting tasks and ensure their successful execution.

• Develop training materials, user guides, and process instructions.

• Conduct user training sessions and offer ongoing assistance with reporting tools.

• Gather user feedback and suggest improvements for reporting processes.

• Minimum of 4-5 years of experience in a similar role within the manufacturing sector.

• Advanced skill set in business analytics and reporting tools.

• Knowledge of Oracle databases, with a preference for Oracle Analytics Cloud (OAC).

• Proficient in data analysis tools such as Excel Macros, Power Query and Pivot, and Power BI.

• Strong analytical mindset with a keen attention to detail.

• Excellent communication skills, with the ability to convey technical concepts in layman's terms.

• Proficient in English, both spoken and written.
