ERP Program Lead

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Spain.

📋 Description

• Oversee intricate SAP business transformation initiatives from start to finish.

• Guarantee the successful execution of programs within financial limits, deadlines, and quality benchmarks.

• Lead and inspire teams spread across various locations, including multi-vendor and intricate client organizations.

• Formulate and execute well-organized frameworks for program delivery.

• Partner with IT, business, and change management teams to assure the success of the program.

• Foster strong working relationships with stakeholders at every level.

⛳️ Requirements

• Proven experience in steering demanding business transformation initiatives with a demonstrated track record of program-level delivery throughout the entire lifecycle of SAP programs.

• Demonstrated capability to deliver under difficult conditions while adhering to timelines, budgets, and quality standards.

• Competence in guiding teams in complex settings that involve multiple vendors, intricate client organizational structures, and geographically dispersed teams.

• Experience collaborating with global teams and a history of leading both locally and remotely based consultants.

• Comprehensive understanding of how to establish programs for success, including IT, business, and change management components.

• Ability to define effective program delivery frameworks and implement them in practice.

• Excellent communication (both verbal and written) and presentation skills, with the ability to influence C-Level stakeholders within client organizations. Proficiency in English (both spoken and written) is a must.

• Skill in guiding teams to prepare substantial proposals and program plans, leveraging differentiators (e.g., specific consulting frameworks, etc.).

• Capacity to articulate value-based propositions, manage and review program financials, and lead proposal presentations to create compelling propositions for clients.

• Significant proven experience in client-facing consulting roles.

• Established project and program delivery record across various full lifecycle SAP programs, including significant multi-country rollouts of varying size, scope, and complexity for ECC and S/4 HANA.

• Experience in global delivery and working with offshore resources.

• Background in mentoring and coaching consulting resources.

• Experience in collecting, validating, synthesizing, documenting, and communicating data and information for diverse audiences.

• Willingness to travel for project-related commitments.
