ERP Program Lead

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Netherlands.

📋 Description

• Spearhead intricate SAP business transformation initiatives from their inception through to completion.

• Guarantee the successful execution of programs within budgetary constraints, on schedule, and adhering to quality benchmarks.

• Direct and inspire geographically dispersed teams, encompassing multi-vendor and complex client organizations.

• Design and implement robust program delivery frameworks.

• Work in tandem with IT, business, and change management teams to drive program success.

• Cultivate and maintain strong collaborative relationships with stakeholders across all levels.

⛳️ Requirements

• Established track record in project and program delivery across various full lifecycle SAP initiatives, including extensive multi-country roll-outs for ECC and S/4 HANA.

• Experience with global delivery models and engagement with offshore resources.

• Proven ability to steer teams in intricate environments featuring multiple vendors, intricate client organization frameworks, and geographically dispersed teams.

• Background in collaborating with global teams and successfully leading both local and remote consultant teams.

• Comprehensive understanding of establishing programs for success, integrating IT, business, and change management components.

• Proficient in defining structured program delivery frameworks and applying them effectively.

• Exceptional communication (both verbal and written) and presentation skills, capable of influencing C-Level stakeholders in client organizations.

• Skilled in guiding teams to prepare large proposals and program plans, leveraging differentiators (e.g., specific consulting frameworks, etc.).

• Ability to articulate value-based propositions, manage program financials, and lead proposal presentations to create compelling offerings for clients.

• Extensive proven experience in client-facing consulting roles.

• Experience in gathering, validating, synthesizing, documenting, and presenting data and information for diverse audiences.

• Willingness to travel for project-related purposes.
