This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in United Kingdom.
• Lead the design and implementation of our global SAP S/4HANA solution.
• Oversee deployments in various markets.
• Responsible for comprehensive program planning, governance, and execution across technology workstreams.
• Ensure alignment with concurrent business transformation initiatives and executive objectives.
• Manage the integrated program plan for SAP S/4HANA global template design and phased country deployments.
• Establish and oversee program governance, cadence, risk management, and dependency tracking.
• Drive disciplined execution across multiple workstreams, vendors, and geographical locations.
• Ensure close integration between the SAP program and concurrent business transformation initiatives.
• Manage cross-program dependencies and sequencing to reduce delivery risks.
• Provide succinct, executive-level updates on progress, risks, financials, and decision points.
• Act as the liaison between internal teams, business integrator(s), and systems integrator(s).
• 10+ years of pertinent experience managing large-scale ERP or enterprise technology programs.
• Demonstrated leadership in SAP S/4HANA implementations, including global template design and multi-country planning and rollout.
• Strong background in technology-driven transformation programs.
• Proven experience collaborating with systems integrators and business integrators.
• Project management certifications (PMP, PgMP, PRINCE2, or equivalent).
• Experience operating within global, matrixed organizations.
• Familiarity with SAP Activate and large systems integrator delivery models.
• Strong financial acumen related to program budgeting and forecasting.
• Ability to navigate complexity and ambiguity on a large scale.
• Strong integration mindset that bridges technology and business transformation.
• Willingness and capacity to travel internationally up to 25% of the time.
