ERP IV&V Manager

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Missouri.

📋 Description

• Collaborate with colleagues to strategize, develop, and execute project activities aimed at meeting both project and client objectives.

• Take the lead in compliance efforts by analyzing requirements, evaluating deliverables, and conveying findings to clients.

• Oversee and assist with independent validation and verification (IV&V) reviews and their reporting.

• Demonstrate the ability to guide a team of consultants to fulfill project activities, establish procedures, and manage timelines.

• Prepare and/or refine status reports, executive briefings, and presentations.

• Work closely with team members to compile progress reports, deliverable submissions, and action items.

• Identify potential risks and issues that could impact project success.

• Create and maintain documentation templates.

• Facilitate meetings effectively.

• Develop and deliver written and verbal communications for clients.

⛳️ Requirements

• At least 12 years of experience in IT project management.

• Minimum of 7 years in a leadership role related to IV&V.

• Proficiency in ERP systems, specifically in Financial Management and/or Human Resources and Payroll processes.

• Experience with the implementation of public sector ERP systems, including requirements management, user acceptance testing, and project health analysis.

• Preference for candidates with Oracle Fusion Cloud experience.

• Possession of a project management certification, such as Project Management Professional (PMP), Program Management Professional (PgMP), or PRINCE2.
