ERP & Integration Specialist

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in India.

📋 Description

• Oversee the administration, optimization, and technical advancements of the core ERP system (NetSuite).

• Handle configurations in NetSuite, which include custom fields, custom forms, custom records, custom segments, and subtabs.

• Create, develop, and troubleshoot NetSuite Workflows (SuiteFlow) to streamline internal approval processes and validation procedures.

• Prepare intricate Saved Searches, financial reports, KPI scorecards, and SuiteAnalytics workbooks for finance and leadership stakeholders.

• Develop complex, multi-step Workato recipes utilizing conditional logic, lookup tables, and custom triggers to synchronize master data across HubSpot, Salesforce, NetSuite, Chargebee, Xero, and QuickBooks.

• Ensure rigorous techno-functional reconciliation of transaction statuses, payment processing webhooks, and tax compliance information.

⛳️ Requirements

• More than 5 years of combined functional and technical administration experience with NetSuite.

• At least 2 years of consistent experience in building, deploying, and maintaining automated data integration pipelines using Workato.

• Established history of integrating or managing recurring billing systems (Chargebee) and mid-market accounting software (Xero, QuickBooks Online).

• Hands-on experience with Salesforce or HubSpot APIs, objects, and standard workflows.

• Documented success in gathering business requirements, testing within NetSuite Sandboxes, and overseeing production releases.
