This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Portugal.
• Take charge of the complete ERP product portfolio utilizing Microsoft Dynamics 365. Develop a cohesive vision and strategy encompassing Procure to Pay, Order to Cash, and Record to Report. Convert business requirements into a practical roadmap and demonstrate impact through business and product metrics.
• Mentor, guide, and develop two Product Managers. Establish clear expectations, foster a high-performance culture, and empower your team to become competent operators who can independently manage their areas.
• Act as the primary liaison for Finance and Supply Chain Commercial stakeholders. Actively engage in understanding challenges and opportunities, align priorities, and convert business needs into technological solutions.
• Collaborate with Engineering, Analytics, and subject-matter experts to ensure timely delivery that adds value. Work closely with system integrators and the wider Microsoft ecosystem to optimize platform capabilities.
• Outline the long-term roadmap for Dynamics 365, balancing standard functionalities with custom developments. Oversee upgrade cycles, integrations with related systems, and decisions regarding data architecture.
• Foster continuous improvement across the product, processes, and team. Create feedback mechanisms, retrospectives, and data-driven practices that adapt the ERP landscape to the evolving business environment.
• Several years of practical Product Management experience with ERP platforms, preferably Microsoft Dynamics 365 (F&O / Business Central).
• Proven capability to lead, mentor, and develop Product Managers. A history of building high-performing product teams.
• Ability to articulate a product vision across intricate, cross-functional domains. Proficient in utilizing qualitative and quantitative data to prioritize and measure impact.
• Established experience in aligning senior business stakeholders around common priorities and trade-offs.
• Competent in engaging in credible technical discussions with engineering teams.
• A clear and succinct communicator who can bridge the gap between business terminology and technology. Comfortable presenting to senior leadership and C-level audiences.
• Familiarity with agile methodologies and iterative delivery in complex enterprise settings.
• A pivotal leadership role influencing how a rapidly growing company manages its core operations.
