This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Germany.
• Take charge of the complete ERP product portfolio utilizing Microsoft Dynamics 365. Develop a cohesive vision and strategy encompassing Procure to Pay, Order to Cash, and Record to Report. Convert business requirements into a practical roadmap and demonstrate impact through business and product metrics.
• Mentor, guide, and develop two Product Managers. Establish clear expectations, foster a high-performance culture, and empower your team to effectively manage their respective domains independently.
• Act as the main liaison for Finance and Supply Chain Commercial stakeholders. Actively engage with them to understand challenges and opportunities, align priorities, and translate business needs into technological solutions.
• Collaborate with Engineering, Analytics, and subject-matter experts to ensure timely and value-driven delivery. Work closely with system integrators and the wider Microsoft ecosystem to optimize platform capabilities.
• Define the long-term roadmap for Dynamics 365, striking a balance between out-of-the-box functionality and custom development. Oversee upgrade cycles, integrations with adjacent systems, and decisions regarding data architecture.
• Promote continuous improvement across the product, processes, and team. Implement feedback loops, retrospectives, and data-driven practices that allow the ERP landscape to evolve in alignment with business needs.
• Several years of practical Product Management experience with ERP platforms, preferably Microsoft Dynamics 365 (F&O / Business Central).
• Proven capability to lead, coach, and nurture Product Managers. A history of constructing high-performing product teams.
• Proficient in defining product vision across intricate, cross-functional domains. Comfortable using both qualitative and quantitative data to prioritize and assess impact.
• Established experience in aligning senior business stakeholders around common priorities and trade-offs.
• Competent in having credible technical discussions with engineering teams.
• Clear and concise communicator capable of bridging business language with technology. Comfortable presenting to senior leadership and C-level audiences.
• Experience with agile methodologies and iterative delivery in complex enterprise settings.
• A prominent leadership position influencing how a rapidly growing company manages its core operations.
