This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in United States.
• Play a vital role in ensuring that Gainwell meets our clients’ objectives in critical areas.
• Assist in coordinating the responsibilities and activities of a business analyst team on IT projects.
• Mentor newer team members by providing guidance and support.
• Serve as a knowledgeable link between clients, project managers, and technical staff.
• Collaborate with the client to create business specifications at the commencement of a technical project.
• Analyze, plan, design, document, or make recommendations to enhance business processes.
• Validate that all requirements have been satisfied by approving and confirming test results.
• Utilize basic analytical or relational database software, such as Excel or SQL.
• A minimum of 9 years of experience in a relevant Business Analyst role.
• At least 3 years of experience in Medicaid and Medicare is preferred.
• Understanding of computer programming concepts, including configuration, development, and batch processing.
• Advanced proficiency in analytical software like Microsoft Excel or SQL.
• Excellent client communication skills to translate client needs into actionable objectives.
• Strong analytical skills and expertise in business process re-engineering.
• Strong executive presence and communication abilities to convey messages to business leaders, clients, and technical personnel.
• Experience with Scrum, Agile, SAFe, and Waterfall methodologies.
