• Oversee ERP quality assurance by leading test strategy, planning, and execution (SIT, UAT), managing defects, and ensuring solutions align with business, regulatory, and release standards.
• Identify, map, measure, analyze, and enhance routine to moderately complex clinical and business processes, along with their associated challenges and information needs for designated application(s).
• Conduct current and future workflow analyses and delineate critical business processes utilizing business process reengineering techniques, industry standards, and best practices.
• Create documentation for business requirements using case diagrams, data flow diagrams, data models, and object models to present, discuss, and analyze various aspects.
• Assess whether a proposed solution fulfills the business and clinical requirements.
• Convert user requirements into functional and technical design specifications and review them with users to ensure accuracy.
• Prioritize requirements based on business needs and evaluate the technological implications of those requirements.
• Execute relevant system(s) configuration to satisfy business requirements.
• Formulate test plans, test cases, and test scripts to verify the performance of all functions.
• Perform effective unit, integration, system, and end-user acceptance testing by executing tests, tracking problem reports, and documenting all final results.
• Offer client and support training through the development of training materials, training trainers, and end-user(s) as necessary for the project.
• Supervise system functionality and clinical and business processes, implementing changes as required.
• Update clinic users on project status and upgrades, including any potential delays or downtime related to application(s).
• Bachelor's Degree (or equivalent knowledge) in Computer Science or a related field.
• Generally requires 3 years of experience in business process mapping, analysis, defining business and user requirements, acceptance testing, and documentation.
• Proficient in using applications, operating systems, and databases, including basic hardware, platform, connectivity, and interface design.
• Experience with Healthcare applications.
• Project management experience with the capability to utilize project management software.
• Ability to work with minimal supervision, manage multiple tasks, be detail-oriented, establish priorities, and complete assignments promptly while providing excellent customer service.
• Strong organizational and analytical skills.
• Excellent problem-solving and issue resolution capabilities.
• Strong written and verbal communication skills.
• Ability to collaborate closely with healthcare application users, vendors, and technical professionals.
• Proven ability to translate user requirements into system specifications.
• Understanding of change management practices and procedures.
• Demonstrated knowledge of technical components and their relationship to applications.
