ERP Analyst – NetSuite

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Brazil.

📋 Description

• Provide support, configuration, and technical enhancements for the Oracle NetSuite ERP, with a focus on accounting, tax, and financial operations.

• Identify and implement enhancements and automations for operational processes to minimize manual tasks within ERP routines.

• Streamline and configure workflows for Accounts Payable (AP), Accounts Receivable (AR), Billing, Treasury, and Accounting Close.

• Oversee and configure the Fixed Asset Management (FAM) module, ensuring effective asset management and depreciation practices.

• Create and maintain scripts (SuiteScript) and custom automations for NetSuite workflows.

• Monitor, assist, and validate API integrations between NetSuite, the Avalara tax solution, and Loft’s internal systems.

• Develop custom reports, dashboards, and Saved Searches to empower business teams with enhanced analytical capabilities.

⛳️ Requirements

• Proven experience in the functional administration and support of Oracle NetSuite ERP.

• Strong understanding of business concepts and processes related to Accounting, Tax Compliance, and Finance (AP, AR, and Treasury modules).

• Practical experience in developing and maintaining scripts (SuiteScript), as well as creating custom reports and building Saved Searches.

• Familiarity with configuring and managing the Fixed Asset Management (FAM) module.

• Knowledge of setting up and monitoring integrations with the Avalara tax solution and utilizing APIs (REST/SOAP).

• Strong analytical skills for resolving operational and tax-related incidents based on factual data and evidence.

• A collaborative and proactive approach coupled with strong communication skills for effective engagement with stakeholders in Finance and Technology.
