• Act as a bridge between internal stakeholders and Microsoft support, collecting requirements, validating solutions, and ensuring alignment with business objectives.
• Function as the internal subject matter expert and primary support resource for Dynamics 365 Finance & Operations, guaranteeing system reliability, user assistance, issue resolution, and business continuity.
• Assist in the ongoing administration, configuration, optimization, and enhancement of ERP solutions, including Dynamics 365 Finance & Operations.
• Collaborate with various departments and Microsoft support to evaluate business requirements, resolve issues, facilitate system enhancements, and coordinate future feature and module rollouts.
• Support production operations by diagnosing issues, coordinating resolutions, managing escalations, and ensuring timely assistance for end users.
• Engage in release management activities, including testing, validation, deployment coordination, and communication of system updates and enhancements.
• Create technical requirements, design test cases, and coordinate User Acceptance Testing (UAT) activities for system enhancements, upgrades, and new functionality.
• Analyze system performance, troubleshoot production issues, coordinate with Microsoft support as necessary, and collaborate with IT on system updates, integrations, and continuous improvement initiatives.
• Maintain documentation related to system configurations, support processes, operational procedures, and enhancement activities.
• Provide daily support for ERP users, including security administration, issue resolution, training, onboarding, and guidance on best practices.
• Monitor ERP technology trends and recommend enhancements to improve operational efficiency, reporting capabilities, and user experience.
• Assist with data validation, reporting, and integration activities to ensure system reliability and data integrity across platforms.
• Bachelor's Degree in Computer Science and/or Financial/Business Administration.
• Certifications related to Dynamics 365 are an asset.
• Proficient in configuring and supporting ERP systems, especially Dynamics 365.
• Experience in supporting and administering ERP systems in a post go-live production environment.
• Experience working directly with Microsoft support to troubleshoot and resolve ERP issues.
• Strong knowledge of reporting, analytics, and data visualization tools, particularly Power BI.
• Familiarity with Microsoft technologies and platforms including Dynamics 365, Azure DevOps, Power Automate, SQL Server, and Power BI.
• Advanced skills in Microsoft Office applications (e.g., Excel Pivot Tables, VLOOKUP).
• Experience with data migration, data validation, and system optimization initiatives.
• Knowledge of API integrations and automation tools for improved workflow efficiency.
• Understanding of project management principles and familiarity with testing processes, including UAT and QA.
• Strong customer service skills with the ability to articulate technical concepts to stakeholders with varying levels of technical expertise.
• Self-motivated with adaptability and a proactive approach to delivering solutions in a fast-paced environment.
• Ability to convert business needs from stakeholders into actionable technical requirements.
