This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Florida.
• Oversee daily administration of Epicor CMS 6.1, managing user accounts, roles, permissions, and security protocols.
• Configure and provide support for essential modules such as Inventory, Purchasing, Sales Orders, Pricing, Warehouse Management, and Financials.
• Collaborate with Epicor support and third-party vendors for system upgrades, patches, and enhancements.
• Maintain development, testing, and production environments.
• Enhance ERP workflows within a manufacturing setting, focusing on high-volume SKU management, part supersession, vendor lead times, backorder management, manufacturer programs, and multi-warehouse inventory management.
• Ensure ERP workflows facilitate rapid order processing, precise inventory availability, and effective logistics operations.
• Partner with various departments, Epicor, and third-party vendors, including Sales, Purchasing, Warehouse, Finance, Customer Service, and Marketing, to outline and map business processes.
• Identify operational inefficiencies and process gaps, supporting improvements within the system.
• Translate business requirements into ERP configurations or necessary technical modifications.
• Oversee the maintenance of process documentation and standard operating procedures (SOPs).
• Assist in the upkeep of dashboards, operational reports, and key performance indicators (KPIs).
• Utilize SQL and Epicor reporting tools to provide actionable insights based on departmental needs.
• Support data imports, exports, and migrations as necessary.
• Lead or assist in ERP enhancement projects, integrations, and module implementations.
• Act as the primary contact for Epicor CMS system support.
• Troubleshoot issues for both remote and onsite users effectively.
• Develop and conduct ERP training sessions and create user onboarding materials.
• Collaborate closely with business leaders and operations teams to ensure ERP capabilities align with organizational objectives.
• Work alongside IT teams to address infrastructure, security, and integration needs.
• Minimum of 3 years of experience in ERP administration, configuration, or business analysis.
• Practical experience with Epicor CMS (preferred) or comparable ERP systems in a manufacturing context.
• Experience in manufacturing environments with high-volume SKU management.
• Strong knowledge in inventory management, purchasing and supply chain operations, order fulfillment workflows, and warehouse operations.
• Familiarity with SQL and ERP reporting tools.
• Demonstrated ability to gather requirements and enhance business processes.
• Excellent communication, documentation, and cross-functional collaboration skills.
