Equity Compensation Associate – Multiple Seats

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Philippines.

📋 Description

• Assist the Account Management team in managing employee stock option, stock purchase, and restricted stock programs.

• Handle approximately six or more distinct clients at the same time.

• Operate independently with moderate supervision.

• Comply with all internal processes, including data security and privacy protocols.

• Utilize various online platforms as part of daily tasks.

• Follow additional instructions and undertake any other related responsibilities as directed by the supervisor.

⛳️ Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience, or 2-4 years’ experience in a corporate environment.

• Exceptional writing skills, encompassing grammar, spelling, and presentation (work samples requested).

• Strong organizational abilities, attention to detail, and effective verbal and written communication skills.

• Capable of managing multiple tasks and deadlines efficiently and effectively.

• Willingness to work during US hours and adapt to changing client needs.

• Proficient in Google email, spreadsheets, etc. Strong email organizational skills are highly recommended.

• __**Advantageous or Nice to haves:**__

• 1+ years of data experience and 1+ years of SAAS experience.

• Previous stock-plan/equity experience.

• Experience assisting international/US-based teams.

• Familiarity with Microsoft Office and Google Workspace is beneficial.

• Highly skilled in using laptops, software applications, and web-based tools to complete tasks efficiently.

• Ability to adapt to system upgrades and enhancements.
