Equipment Service Technician

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Washington.

📋 Description

• Delivers repair services to clients in a respectful and professional manner

• May also offer fundamental installation services

• Executes all on-site installation, repair maintenance, and testing tasks under supervision

• Adheres to appropriate troubleshooting procedures to identify issues with technical problems

• Communicates promptly with all Team Members and HUB dispatchers

• Ensures all job-related documentation is submitted within the designated timeframes

⛳️ Requirements

• Generally requires 2 or more years of field service experience

• Proven proficiency in relevant skills

• Basic understanding of mechanical concepts

• Background in customer service

• High School diploma

• Vocational training and/or on-the-job training is preferred

• Associate degree or Technical School Certification is a plus

• Familiarity with hydraulics, mechanical, and electrical systems
