This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Minnesota.
• Delivers repair services to clients in a polite and professional manner.
• May provide basic installation services to customers as required.
• Executes all on-site installation, repair maintenance, and testing tasks under the supervision of a Lead Technician or Project Coordinator.
• Adheres to proper troubleshooting procedures to identify issues with technical problems and determine suitable solutions.
• Understands customer needs and offers relevant recommendations to enhance the customer experience.
• Maintains and oversees appropriate inventory levels in the service van.
• Generates prompt and detailed service reports.
• Communicates effectively and promptly with all Team Members and HUB dispatchers, keeping everyone updated on assignment progress.
• Completes all work orders within the designated time frame.
• Generally, 2 or more years of field service experience with proven expertise.
• Basic mechanical knowledge and customer service experience.
• Fundamental troubleshooting abilities.
• Self-motivated and able to work independently.
• Basic computer proficiency.
• Professional demeanor.
• Strong attention to accuracy and detail.
• Working knowledge of hydraulics, mechanical, and electrical systems.
• Typically a High School diploma or equivalent, with vocational training and/or on-the-job training. An Associate's degree or Technical School Certification is preferred.
• Adheres to all OSHA regulations as specified in the OSHA manual and provided training.
• Maintains and uses personal protective equipment when necessary.
