
Equipment Leasing Account Executive

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Pennsylvania.
• Deliver financing solutions to clients, oversee execution, and monitor solutions until completion.
• Cultivate robust relationships with both internal partners and external clients.
• Conduct lease-versus-buy analysis, residual value assessments, credit evaluations, and analysis of lender options.
• Manage financing for both new and used equipment, refinances, sale-leasebacks, and GuaranteedFLEET transactions.
• Collect and submit necessary credit documentation.
• Address documentation requests, ensuring they are completed timely, accurately, and in compliance.
• Monitor and forecast payment obligations.
• Oversee the timing, issuance, and tracking of return notices.
• Manage chargebacks, overages, and associated actions.
• Identify and handle refinancing opportunities.
• Develop custom reports for stakeholders.
• Manage captive account transactions from pricing through funding, refinance, end-of-lease, and replacement deals.
• Ability to operate independently as well as in a collaborative, fast-paced team setting.
• Self-motivated individual with a strong ambition to succeed and generate revenue.
• A minimum of a Bachelor’s degree is required.
• 1–3 years of relevant experience.
• Preference for experience in the equipment finance industry or in sales/support roles related to leasing/financing.
• Capability to build, maintain, and leverage relationships.
• Proficient in MS Office applications, including Word, Excel, and Outlook.
• Ability to sit or stand for extended periods, up to 8 hours or more.
• Proficiency in typing, handling, maneuvering, or feeling with hands.
• Capability to communicate verbally and audibly.
• Ability to walk and reach with hands and arms.
• Capability to occasionally stand, stoop, kneel, crouch, or crawl.
• Ability to occasionally lift or move items weighing up to 40 pounds.
