EPM Solution Architect

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Poland.

📋 Description

• Act as the primary technical authority for the Oracle EPM platform.

• Establish and oversee the comprehensive architecture, technical standards, integrations, and platform roadmap.

• Deliver technical leadership and manage implementation and enhancement projects.

• Direct the technical strategy, evaluate solution designs, and supervise integrations and data architecture.

• Assist in resolving complex issues and promote governance practices to ensure platform stability and business value.

⛳️ Requirements

• Over 8 years of experience with Oracle EPM/Hyperion.

• Demonstrated experience as a Solution Architect, Technical Architect, or Technical Lead.

• Extensive knowledge of Oracle Planning (EPBCS), FCCS, and other related Oracle EPM modules.

• Strong practical experience with metadata design, hierarchies, business rules, calculation scripts, and Groovy scripting.

• Proficiency in EPM integrations, automation, APIs, EPM Automate, and enterprise data flows.

• Experience in designing and managing EPM security models, application architecture, and performance enhancement.

• Solid understanding of FP&A, financial consolidation, close management, and financial reporting processes.

• A proven history of providing technical governance, delivery oversight, and quality assurance in large-scale EPM initiatives.

• Experience in integrating Oracle EPM with ERP systems, data warehouses, and enterprise reporting platforms.

• A Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Finance, Accounting, Engineering, or a related field, or equivalent professional experience.
