EPIC PB/HB Solutions Analyst – Maintenance

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in North America.

📋 Description

• Design, document, and implement solution functionalities by constructing, testing, and maintaining features in accordance with specifications and requirements, while ensuring comprehensive documentation for usability and future reference.

• Investigate, diagnose, and resolve intricate technical challenges using critical thinking and advanced technical skills to guarantee optimal system performance and user satisfaction.

• Collaborate with various departments to facilitate project implementations and address member maintenance concerns.

• Promote documentation and knowledge sharing by developing and refining technical documentation to enhance process improvement and alignment across cross-functional teams.

• Engage in skill development and competency enhancement in technical design, analysis, and system improvements.

• Additional duties as assigned.

⛳️ Requirements

• Must possess certification/proficiency in one of the following: Epic Resolute PB, HB, PB Claims, or HB Claims.

• Experience in supporting PB professional billing for HOD clinics is preferred.

• Strong expertise in PB and HB is essential, and experience in PB Claims and HB Claims is advantageous.

• The ideal candidate should have a minimum of 5 years of experience as an Epic Resolute PB/HB Applications Analyst, with at least 3 years focused on Epic PB module build.

• Excellent communication skills are required to effectively engage with both application and technical team members, as well as end users.

• Must consistently demonstrate integrity and accountability.

• Detail-oriented and process-focused, with a strong emphasis on data-driven decision-making.

• Must be proactive, self-motivated, and solution-oriented.

• Candidates must complete a 50–60-minute competency assessment before progressing to the team interview.
