This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Arizona, +7 more states.
• The Epic MyChart Analyst brings an intermediate level of operational and application build knowledge to accomplish routine tasks and occasionally more complex assignments aimed at achieving customer goals and desired outcomes.
• The focus of tasks and assignments generally revolves around medium to large-scale projects, executing workflow analysis, build processes, and documentation in partnership with both internal and external team members.
• Utilizes creative skills to enhance patient satisfaction by designing and optimizing our MyChart platform.
• Facilitates patient engagement through our patient portal.
• Executes queries to report on various performance metrics.
• Engages in an on-call rotation to deliver off-hours support to end users.
• Develops and oversees testing scenarios and methodologies to validate system efficiency. Prepares and maintains documentation related to testing plans.
• A minimum of two (2) years of experience in Epic MyChart build, implementation, optimization, and support.
• Experience with MyChart functionalities such as Direct/Open scheduling, e-Check in, Patient Questionnaires, TeleHealth (e-visits, video visits, etc.), MyChart mobile app, Result Release, or similar projects.
• Knowledge in Epic reporting and data analytics is advantageous.
• Preferred experience with Epic Ambulatory and/or other Epic modules.
• High School Diploma or GED is required.
• A Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, Healthcare, or a related field is preferred.
• Epic MyChart certification is mandatory.
• Epic certification in Cadence, Ambulatory, and/or other Epic modules is preferred.
