Epic Analyst – Hospital Billing

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in United States.

📋 Description

• Act as the composed problem-solver behind the scenes—support the stability of Epic and revenue cycle workflows.

• Manage and resolve incoming tickets efficiently.

• Address break-fix tasks by troubleshooting workflows and builds.

• Execute minor optimization projects that enhance reliability.

• Maintain clear and consistent communication with client stakeholders.

• Escalate issues when risk, complexity, or impact exceed defined thresholds.

⛳️ Requirements

• Valid Epic certifications in Hospital Billing.

• At least 2+ years of experience in delivering scoped analyst work from start to finish—problem solving, requirements gathering, testing, and solution implementation.

• Expertise in Epic's Hospital Billing application with a desire to expand into a broader revenue cycle scope.

• Excellent problem-solving abilities.

• Comfortable working across various systems, data, and stakeholder inputs.

• Strong written and verbal communication skills.

• A quality-first approach to work.

• Demonstrated ownership and reliability.

• Nice to have: Experience in leading cross-functional workstreams, mentoring team members, or enhancing team standards and methods.
