EPC Partnering Manager – Americas

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in New York, +3 more states.

📋 Description

• Spearhead the EPC strategy for GE Vernova’s Heavy Duty New Units Gas Power division.

• Collaborate with commercial, project execution, and other teams to predict short-term and long-term project volumes in the Americas region, focusing primarily on the U.S.

• Maintain, revise, and fine-tune the annual U.S. EPC capacity model.

• Engage with established and U.S.-market-targeting EPCs to evaluate their execution readiness, capacity limitations, resource availability, and capabilities.

• Formulate strategies to assist EPC partners in overcoming capacity constraints and enhancing project delivery readiness.

• Broaden and fortify GE Vernova’s network of qualified and dependable EPC partners.

• Collaborate with Sales and Project Management teams to monitor EPC assignments throughout the project portfolio from ITO to OTR.

• Aid customers in identifying and securing appropriate EPCs.

• Provide leadership with insights regarding EPC market capacity, risks, trends, and strategic recommendations.


⛳️ Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in engineering from an accredited institution.

• Over 5 years of professional experience in driving complex projects and programs or operational management within the Heavy Duty Power Industry.

• Experience with Heavy Duty Combined Cycle plants is highly preferred.

• In-depth understanding of EPC priorities within the Heavy-Duty New Units Combined Cycle sector.

• Familiarity with various EPC contract structures and complex partnerships.

• Understanding of Heavy Duty project execution, integration, and related technical/commercial risks.

• Excellent communication skills with the ability to achieve results and manage diverse, cross-functional stakeholders.

• Strong financial acumen and experience with should-cost modeling.

• Willingness to travel regionally (NAM/LATAM) up to 30% of the time.

• Legally authorized to work in the United States.

• Successful completion of a drug screening, where applicable.
