This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in New York, +3 more states.
• Direct the EPC strategy for GE Vernova’s Heavy Duty New Units Gas Power division.
• Develop the Americas Pole EPC strategy, focusing particularly on the U.S. market.
• Connect GE Vernova functions with the EPC ecosystem to identify, assess, and incorporate dependable EPC partners.
• Mitigate risks in project execution related to safety, quality, and costs.
• Project near-term and long-term HDNU project volumes in the Americas Pole.
• Maintain, revise, and calibrate the annual U.S. EPC capacity model.
• Evaluate EPC execution readiness, capacity limitations, resource availability, and execution capabilities.
• Execute strategies to address EPC partner capacity challenges and enhance delivery readiness.
• Broaden and fortify GE Vernova’s network of qualified EPC partners.
• Monitor EPC assignments throughout the project portfolio from ITO to OTR.
• Assist customers in identifying and securing appropriate EPCs.
• Provide leadership with insights and recommendations regarding EPC market capacity, risks, and trends.
• Bachelor's degree in engineering from an accredited institution.
• Over 5 years of professional experience managing complex projects and programs or operational leadership within the Heavy Duty Power sector.
• Background in power generation; experience with Heavy Duty Combined Cycle plants is highly preferred.
• Comprehensive understanding of EPC priorities in the Heavy-Duty New Units Combined Cycle industry.
• Experience with diverse EPC contract structures and intricate partnerships.
• Knowledge of Heavy Duty project execution, integration, and related technical/commercial risks.
• Excellent communication and negotiation abilities.
• Capability to drive results and manage a variety of cross-functional stakeholders.
• Strong financial insight and familiarity with should-cost modeling.
• Willingness to travel up to 30% regionally (NAM/LATAM).
