This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Pennsylvania.
β’ Support the creation, management, and expansion of a new branch office with assistance from division and regional teams.
β’ Aid in the recruitment, development, and oversight of a team of technical personnel to facilitate office operations and project delivery.
β’ Contribute to the formulation and execution of strategies aimed at attracting new clients, capitalizing on existing relationships, and broadening business opportunities to support the development of design projects ranging from small to large scale from initiation to completion.
β’ Direct project management initiatives for Site Assessments & Remediation, Emergency Response, Natural Resources, EHS & compliance, Permitting, Planning & Management, or Reporting Assurance Services.
β’ Provide support to colleagues and mentor junior engineers and design/drafting technical staff.
β’ Act as a primary liaison for clients, contractors, and stakeholders, ensuring effective communication and resolution of issues.
β’ Engage in both internal and external technical organizations.
β’ Bachelor's degree in Geology, Hydrogeology, Environmental Science, Civil Engineering, or a related field.
β’ Professional certification is highly preferred (e.g., PG, LSRP, PE, etc.).
β’ Over 15 years of progressive and successful experience in managing and executing a variety of environmental investigation, remediation, permitting, or compliance projects, with an established book of business in these areas.
β’ Demonstrated experience in overseeing technical staff and project managers while cultivating client relationships.
β’ Strong understanding of applicable regulations and guidance (e.g., PADEP, NJDEP, NYSEC, EPA, etc.) relevant to their area of expertise.
