📋 Description

• Execute the daily functions of the EHS department and aid in implementing effective Health, Safety, and Environmental management through the provision of technical support.

• Support compliance reviews, conduct general risk assessments, and perform other safety evaluations to enhance Health, Safety, and Environmental management.

• Keep up-to-date EHS logs and documentation.

• Help ensure adherence to relevant laws and regulations.

• Generate necessary EHS reports as required.

• Offer assistance and guidance on EHS matters, making recommendations to facility management.

• Conduct thorough incident investigations and Root Cause Analysis.

• Encourage incident prevention to safeguard employees and visitors.

• Aid in the creation and delivery of essential EHS training.

⛳️ Requirements

• A Bachelor’s Degree in Occupational, Health & Safety Sciences (or a related field) is required, or at least three years of experience in an Environmental, Health, and Safety role within a heavy manufacturing setting; technical writing experience is a plus.

• Strong interpersonal and communication abilities.

• Must be willing to work various shifts and travel up to 70% of the time.
