This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in North America.
• Assist customers in comprehensively understanding the inspection service and ensure their initial inspections proceed without issues.
• Conduct service demonstrations customized to the workflows of property managers.
• Guide prospects through actual inspection reports.
• Aid new clients in strategizing their first inspection cycle.
• Lead kickoff meetings and assist with onboarding procedures.
• Clarify scheduling, tenant coordination, and turnaround times.
• Compose clear follow-up notes for customers to refer to later.
• Transform frequently asked questions into guides and straightforward documentation.
• Provide customer feedback that contributes to process enhancements.
• Experience in a customer-facing position (customer success, onboarding, support, or implementation).
• Proven experience in explaining services or products with complex workflows.
• Exceptional spoken and written communication skills in English.
• Confidence in leading demonstrations or structured walkthroughs.
• A tech-savvy, process-oriented approach.
• Strong organizational skills and ability to follow through.
• A patient and supportive demeanor when interacting with customers.
• Bonus Points:
• Familiarity with property management processes.
• Experience in field services, inspections, or scheduling operations.
• Background in creating onboarding documentation or FAQs.
