This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in United States.
• Daily establishment and processing of new accounts.
• Utilize company systems and technologies to input content data and verify incoming information.
• Engage in communication with patients, attorneys, and insurance providers.
• Build and sustain positive working relationships with both internal and external stakeholders.
• Ensure precise and efficient daily management of workers’ compensation claims.
• Uphold standards of quality, integrity, and ethical decision-making in all work assignments.
• Demonstrate problem-solving abilities in a dynamic, high-volume team setting.
• Manage medical and financial data in line with accountability, confidentiality, HIPAA, and professionalism standards.
• Execute other related or logical tasks as assigned.
• Required: High school diploma or equivalent.
• Exceptional communication and interpersonal abilities.
• Positive and enthusiastic personality.
• Capability to solve problems and think quickly.
• Proficient computer skills.
• Ability to manage multiple tasks and prioritize effectively in a high-output environment.
• Strong punctuality and work ethic.
• Preferred: Previous experience in medical billing, patient access, or healthcare front office.
• Compliance with HIPAA, GLBA, FCRA, and other relevant laws and policies.
• Awareness of confidentiality obligations and compliant management of patient data.
• Remote colleagues in the US must not work from outside the United States without prior written consent.
