This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in South Africa.
• Oversee a portfolio of 40 founders, guiding them through effective systems for audience expansion and brand development.
• Facilitate 25 coaching calls each week, offering strategic direction, accountability, and encouragement.
• Assist founders in executing growth strategies aimed at achieving over $20K in monthly revenue within their initial 90 days.
• Cultivate community involvement by celebrating achievements, maintaining high engagement levels, and ensuring milestone accomplishments.
• Monitor and report on essential success metrics, including TrustPilot reviews, case studies, and client success narratives.
• Collaborate with the internal team to continuously enhance the founder experience.
• Candidate based in South Africa, available to work UK hours (12 PM - 8 PM SAST).
• A minimum of 3 years of experience in Client Success, Account Management, or Coaching.
• Outstanding communication, interpersonal, and relationship-building abilities.
• A charismatic and engaging demeanor—comfortable leading coaching-style discussions.
• Capability to inspire, challenge, and guide clients towards measurable results.
