• Direct collaboration with the founder on strategic and operational initiatives

• Independent management of critical projects across all departments

• Establishing, refining, and documenting internal processes to facilitate scalable growth

• Coordinating among teams to ensure projects remain on schedule

• Conducting research and preparing strategic recommendations for new business ventures and partnerships
