This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Philippines.
• Address client inquiries promptly, maintaining a professional and polished demeanor.
• Oversee client follow-ups and foster robust communication throughout the booking journey.
• Collaborate with artists, performers, and suppliers regarding availability, logistics, and confirmations.
• Draft proposals, booking information, and necessary supporting documentation.
• Manage diaries, schedules, and booking calendars effectively.
• Update and maintain CRM systems, administrative records, and operational trackers.
• Provide comprehensive operational and administrative support across the organization.
• Anticipate potential issues and facilitate the smooth progression of projects.
• Prior experience in events, entertainment, hospitality, talent coordination, executive support, or operations coordination is highly preferred.
• Familiarity with CRMs, scheduling systems, and collaborative tools is beneficial.
• Capability to manage competing priorities in a dynamic environment.
• Outstanding written and verbal communication skills in English.
• Highly organized with a strong sense of responsiveness and follow-through.
