Enterprise Transformation Director

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Ohio.

📋 Description

• Collaborate with business leaders across the CRB, Commercial, and Enterprise Payments divisions to pinpoint opportunities for enhancing software delivery.

• Spearhead a series of focused work streams to prepare our organization for the implementation and scaling of AI use cases.

• Provide support to organizational leaders who are spearheading AI and product transformation initiatives.

• Work in partnership with business leaders, finance, and technology teams to transition from an initiative-driven to a product-focused operating model for software planning and delivery.

• Collaborate with various cross-bank functions to establish staffing models and operational procedures that support our product teams.

• Create enterprise-wide processes, which include dependency management, intake, prioritization, roadmap planning, and standard cadence.

⛳️ Requirements

• A minimum of 3 years of experience in strategy, management consulting, or a financial planning & analysis (FP&A) role.

• At least 5 years of experience in either product or technology leadership.

• A Bachelor's Degree is required.
