This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in United States.
β’ Lead the design, enhancement, and execution of Blue Yonder Warehouse Management software solutions for clients.
β’ Utilize domain expertise to configure and deliver Blue Yonder solutions that meet customer needs and business workflows.
β’ Oversee technical and integration design, including the construction and validation of tasks and timelines.
β’ Direct integration design efforts with automation vendors.
β’ Facilitate or oversee system integration, user acceptance testing, and deployment stages.
β’ Balance project requirements, timelines, and scope to ensure timely delivery of value and customer satisfaction.
β’ Evaluate needs that extend beyond the standard solution or scope, such as integration complexity, architectural limitations, and product roadmaps.
β’ Identify incremental revenue opportunities with current customers and projects.
β’ Detect product issues, analyze root causes, suggest workarounds, and provide feedback to the product team.
β’ Articulate business cases concerning customer-specific product functionalities and enhancements.
β’ Serve as a technical liaison among customers, Project Managers, Solution Architects, Technical/Business Consultants, and external consultants.
β’ At least 7 years of experience with Blue Yonder Warehouse Management (WMS) solutions, either from a customer or implementation consultant perspective.
β’ Proven experience in delivering comprehensive WMS implementations, from solution design and blueprinting to deployment and transition to support.
β’ Experience across diverse customers, industries, and warehouse settings.
β’ Familiarity with ERP/host system integrations to Blue Yonder WMS.
β’ Proficient in using and testing APIs.
β’ Experience with Blue Yonder Native SaaS WMS solutions.
β’ Knowledge of relational databases (Oracle, SQL Server), SQL, MOCA, and cloud-based SaaS solutions on Azure.
β’ Proficient understanding of Python, Java/J2EE, REST APIs, JSON, and API testing tools such as Postman.
β’ Advanced degree in Computer Science, Supply Chain, Information Systems, or a related field.
β’ A Bachelor's degree with applicable industry experience may be accepted in place of an advanced degree.
β’ Willingness to travel within the US at a rate of 50% - 75%.
