This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in United Kingdom.
• Take charge of and enhance the systems landscape.
• Spearhead a multi-year initiative to unify and standardize business systems.

• Remove duplicate data and conflicting sources of truth.
• Promote simplification and standardization throughout processes.
• Convert business processes into scalable system solutions.
• Challenge unnecessary complexities in existing systems.
• Enforce standardized approaches as systems are integrated.
• Take responsibility for delivery and prioritization.
• Manage a single, prioritized backlog for all internal systems.
• Balance competing demands from various business units.
• Ensure successful delivery through internal teams and external partners.
• Oversee vendor management and cost considerations.
• Take charge of system budgets and license optimization.
• Lead vendor selection processes, negotiations, and renewals.
• Optimize the total cost of ownership.
• Demonstrated experience in managing enterprise business systems (ERP, CRM, or similar).
• Proven experience in leading system transformation or consolidation projects.
• A track record of collaborating across various business functions.
• Strong understanding of system integration and data flows.
• Commercial awareness with experience in vendor and cost management.
• Ability to translate business requirements into technical solutions.
• Excellent communication skills with senior stakeholders.
• Experience in leading teams and collaborating with external partners.
