Enterprise Systems Manager

• Oversee and revolutionize the systems landscape.

• Spearhead a multi-year initiative to unify and standardize business systems.

• Minimize redundancy and ensure systems function as an interconnected ecosystem.

• Manage the entire lifecycle of systems, from selection to decommissioning.

• Develop and implement a clear roadmap that aligns with business priorities.

• Propel platform rationalization and the phase-out of legacy systems.

• Balance capability, cost, and long-term value effectively.

• Define the integration strategy and ensure seamless end-to-end connectivity of systems.

• Establish clear ownership of critical data (customer, product, financial, subscription).

• Remove duplicate data and resolve conflicting sources of truth.

• Convert business processes into scalable system solutions.

• Challenge unnecessary complexity in systems.

• Enforce standardized approaches while consolidating systems.

• Manage a unified, prioritized backlog across all internal systems.

• Balance competing business demands efficiently.

• Ensure successful delivery through both internal teams and external partners.

• Oversee system budgets and optimize license usage.

• Lead vendor selection, negotiations, and contract renewals.

• Optimize the total cost of ownership.

⛳️ Requirements

• Demonstrated experience in managing enterprise business systems (ERP, CRM, or similar).

• Experience in leading system transformation or consolidation projects.

• Proven track record of collaboration across multiple business functions.

• Strong understanding of system integration and data flow dynamics.

• Commercially minded with experience in vendor management and cost control.

• Ability to translate business requirements into technical solutions.

• Excellent communication skills with senior stakeholders.

• Experience in leading teams and collaborating with external partners.

• Capable of taking ownership, making decisions, and driving results.
