This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Poland.
• Take charge of and reshape the systems landscape.
• Spearhead a multi-year initiative to unify and standardize business systems.

• Establish clear ownership of vital data, including customer, product, financial, and subscription information.
• Remove duplicate data and conflicting sources of truth.
• Convert business processes into scalable system solutions.
• Challenge unnecessary complexity within the systems.
• Enforce standardized approaches as systems undergo consolidation.
• Manage a single, prioritized backlog across all internal systems.
• Balance competing demands from various business units.
• Ensure successful delivery through both internal teams and external partners.
• Oversee system budgets and optimize licenses.
• Lead the selection, negotiation, and renewal processes with vendors.
• Optimize the total cost of ownership.
• Demonstrated experience in managing enterprise business systems (ERP, CRM, or similar).
• Experience in leading system transformation or consolidation initiatives.
• Proven track record of collaboration across multiple business functions.
• Strong comprehension of system integration and data flow dynamics.
• Commercial acumen with experience in vendor management and cost control.
• Ability to interpret business needs and convert them into technical solutions.
• Excellent communication skills, especially with senior stakeholders.
• Experience in leading teams and collaborating with external partners.
• Capable of taking ownership, making decisions, and driving results.
