This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Florida.
• Assist Strategic Account Executives in promoting the adoption of Abbott Diabetes Care products, such as continuous glucose monitoring, within health systems.
• Collaborate with clinical and administrative stakeholders to design, implement, and enhance health system solutions.
• Work together on account strategies and execution plans for key health systems.
• Establish and nurture customer stakeholder relationships throughout the advisory, implementation, and adoption processes.
• Evaluate existing workflows and provide consultation on necessary modifications for new functionalities and solutions.
• Aid in the implementation of solutions across customer facilities with support from internal technical specialists.
• Lead change management efforts, solution testing, and comprehensive training plans for customers.
• Offer staff support and workflow training for patient onboarding processes.
• Identify and document desired outcomes and key performance indicators (KPIs) based on customer requirements.
• Engage in professional IT/EMR implementation organizations to share knowledge and insights gained.
• Bachelor’s degree.
• Over 5 years of experience in clinical consulting, field sales, product marketing, systems analysis, agency work, or medical/clinical roles within the medical device, pharmaceutical, or biotech sectors.
• Exceptional problem-solving, relationship-building, cross-functional collaboration, and project management abilities.
• A solution-oriented mindset.
• Skills in process management, including end-to-end mapping and systems analysis capabilities.
• Professional demeanor when interacting with customers.
• Competence in preparing and delivering effective oral and written communications.
• Expertise in crafting and executing change management strategies and communications.
• Proven track record in managing projects and time effectively.
• Previous experience in clinical training and adult education delivery.
• Willingness and capacity to travel, including overnight travel 50%–75% of the time.
• Preferred: Registered Dietitian (RD/RDN) or Certified Diabetes Care and Education Specialist (CDCES) with experience in hospital and/or outpatient settings.
• Preferred: Background in developing or consulting on clinical protocols and/or workflows.
• Preferred: Knowledge and experience in the diabetes disease area with related products such as glucose monitors and pumps.
