This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in United States.
• Shared responsibility for the sales cycle of Storefront Pro across a range of mid-market and enterprise grocery and retail accounts, encompassing everything from prospecting and pipeline development to negotiation, contract closure, and onboarding transition.
• Create and implement account-specific sales strategies in close collaboration with BD Retail, utilizing Storefront Pro's strong performance history (10pp+ YoY sales growth, 65%+ platform cost offset through advertising monetization) to craft compelling, ROI-focused business cases.
• Establish trusted, multi-faceted relationships with key decision-makers and influencers within retailer digital, technology, marketing, operations, and executive teams.
• Design and present customized presentations and proposals that vividly illustrate Storefront Pro's value proposition, covering aspects such as omnichannel user experience, AI-driven personalization, retail media monetization through Carrot Ads, loyalty and SNAP/EBT integration, and adaptable fulfillment solutions.
• Oversee the negotiation of intricate commercial agreements, working alongside Legal, Finance, and BD leadership to create deals that are competitive and scalable.
• Collaborate with Storefront Pro and Connected Stores MS&P to enhance the go-to-market strategy, refine positioning against competitor platforms, and streamline the complete sales process.
• Act as a vital feedback conduit between field operations and internal teams, transforming retailer objections, competitive trends, and market signals into actionable product and go-to-market suggestions.
• Work cross-functionally with Product, Engineering, Marketing, and Partnerships to design customized solutions and innovative deal structures for significant prospects.
• A minimum of 6 years of experience in enterprise or mid-market solution sales, business development, or strategic account management – preferably in SaaS, retail technology, e-commerce platforms, or digital media.
• Proven history of managing and finalizing complex, multi-stakeholder deals with measurable outcomes in terms of revenue or growth targets.
• Exceptional communication abilities – both written and verbal – with the capacity to convey a technically sophisticated product as a clear, executive-level business case.
• A proactive individual who can independently propel progress across various workstreams and stakeholder groups in a matrixed environment.
• Comfortable navigating uncertainty and capable of quickly adapting to changes in product, market, and competitive dynamics.
• A solid foundational understanding of e-commerce, digital retail, or grocery technology ecosystems.
• Willingness to travel as necessary to cultivate and maintain retailer relationships.
