• Develop persuasive technical demonstrations that effectively convey our product's value proposition.
• Produce technical enablement materials that enhance the effectiveness and technical proficiency of our sales team.
• Establish self-service tools and documentation that empower customers to independently implement solutions.
• Recognize opportunities to productize common integration patterns or features, collaborating with our product teams to bring these ideas to fruition!
• A strong enthusiasm for AI, technology, and ElevenLabs products.
• A love for engaging directly with customers, refining solutions, and providing customized support.
• An aptitude for identifying patterns that can be standardized and scaled.
• A deep sense of empathy for customers as well as sales and product teams.
• A robust technical background to assist customers in integrating our solutions with their existing systems.
• Experience working with clients in student organizations or through side projects is acceptable.
• Proficient in Python, with a thorough understanding of software development, software architecture, and common integration patterns.
• Exceptional communication skills with the ability to tailor messaging to various audiences.
• Multi-lingual: Fluent in Mandarin and English.
