Enterprise Solution Engineer

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in India.

📋 Description

• Take ownership of the technical strategy and solutions for Sprinto's most intricate enterprise opportunities in BFSI, telecom, manufacturing, critical infrastructure, and other regulated sectors.

• Cultivate trusted relationships with senior CISOs, CIOs, CTOs, GRC leaders, and executive stakeholders by confidently engaging in discussions about security architecture, control design, compliance frameworks, and risk management.

• Lead technical discovery sessions, solution workshops, and customized product demonstrations for complex, multi-entity enterprise settings.

• Create and implement proof-of-concepts (POCs), sandbox evaluations, solution architectures, and business cases with clearly defined success metrics.

• Collaborate closely with Account Executives to navigate lengthy, multi-stakeholder sales cycles involving security, IT, procurement, legal, compliance, and business teams.

• Drive technical success by addressing enterprise security assessments, technical objections, and regulatory requirements across various frameworks.

• Ensure smooth transitions to implementation and Customer Success teams, facilitating successful customer onboarding and long-term adoption.

• Represent the voice of enterprise customers by shaping Sprinto's product roadmap with insights gained from regulated industries and large-scale deployments.

• Develop and continuously enhance enterprise solution engineering assets, including playbooks, competitive positioning, framework-specific messaging, and demo environments.

• Mentor Solution Engineers and help establish best practices for engaging senior technical buyers within enterprise accounts.

⛳️ Requirements

• 8–12+ years of experience in Solution Engineering, Pre-sales, Solution Architecture, Information Security, or GRC consulting.

• Proven success in supporting complex enterprise sales cycles with senior security stakeholders in large organizations.

• In-depth understanding of enterprise security, governance, risk, and compliance, with practical knowledge of frameworks such as ISO 27001, SOC 2, PCI DSS, HIPAA, GDPR, NIST, NIS2, TISAX, and similar standards.

• Familiarity with regional regulatory requirements across APAC and EMEA, including RBI, SEBI, IRDAI, CERT-In, DPDP Act, and related security regulations.

• Strong knowledge of cloud and SaaS architecture across AWS, Azure, GCP, identity management, and hybrid enterprise environments.

• Ability to engage experienced CISOs as a trusted advisor by discussing security strategy, control philosophy, audit readiness, and risk—not merely product capabilities.

• Experience with enterprise security or GRC platforms, or within consulting firms advising large regulated enterprises.

• Relevant certifications such as CISSP, CISA, CISM, or ISO 27001 Lead Auditor are highly preferred.

• Strong executive presence, communication, and storytelling skills, with the capacity to simplify complex technical concepts for business leaders while delving deeply with security practitioners.

• Proven ability to collaborate across Sales, Product, Implementation, and Customer Success while operating with high ownership, curiosity, and a bias for action.
