This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in United States.
• Partner with clients to grasp their business objectives and create phased, actionable roadmaps aligned with their strategic aims.
• Develop scalable solutions that adapt to customer growth, ensuring long-term value generation and flexibility in response to evolving business needs.
• Emphasize frameworks that yield measurable results and are consistent with best practices in subscription management and Order-to-Revenue processes.
• Act as a trusted advisor, providing actionable insights into industry trends, best practices, and process enhancements.
• Offer strategic guidance to assist customers in utilizing Zuora for operational agility, improved efficiency, and a competitive edge.
• Identify opportunities for innovation and enhancement proactively, ensuring customers consistently derive value from Zuora.
• Conduct standardization workshops to evaluate and optimize configurations, workflows, and customizations, creating scalable and efficient frameworks.
• Lead detailed workshops to refine configurations, boost system performance, and streamline processes, delivering customized recommendations to maximize ROI and user satisfaction.
• Oversee technical configuration and integration evaluations and provide recommendations for optimization.
• 5+ years of hands-on experience with Zuora Billing, Revenue, and CPQ modules, demonstrating expertise in designing scalable and impactful solutions.
• 10+ years of domain-specific expertise in Billing and Revenue Management, as well as ERP platforms like SAP, Oracle, and NetSuite.
• Proven track record in delivering customer-aligned roadmaps and providing strategic advisory that meets changing business requirements.
• Proficiency in integration, with a strong understanding of REST and SOAP APIs and ETL, along with experience integrating with ERP, CRM, and core systems.
• Outstanding strategic thinking, analytical, and communication skills, with a strong customer-centric focus.
