Enterprise Services Engineer

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in France.

📋 Description

• Collaborate closely with our clients to;

• Operationalize, manage, and sustain the Tanium Platform to independently resolve intricate technical challenges or with team assistance.

• Discover opportunities for our clients to derive enhanced value from the Tanium platform.

• Consistently and effectively meet our clients’ needs using sharp verbal and written communication skills.

• Perform daily health-checks on assigned accounts & collaborate with Technical Support Engineers on strategic customer initiatives.

• Contribute to and monitor activities, after-action reviews, root cause analyses, and daily status updates.

• Record best practices and Play Book entries.

• Work closely with Customer Success Managers (CSMs) to enhance the operational status of Tanium within key accounts.

• Offer technical guidance to customer IT support personnel.

⛳️ Requirements

• BA/BS degree or equivalent professional experience is required.

• Over 5 years of experience in IT/Consulting.

• More than 5 years of experience in Systems Administration/Engineering.

• Practical experience with Tanium will be a significant advantage.

• Proficiency in German, Spanish, or French will be a considerable plus.

• Strong troubleshooting abilities.

• Capability to articulate and communicate effectively.

• Extensive knowledge across various technical domains, alongside deep expertise in one or more of the following areas:

• Endpoint Security.

• Endpoint Support/Troubleshooting.

• Incident Response.

• Systems Management.

• Systems Administration.

• Software Engineering.

• Utility Scripting (e.g., Bash, PowerShell, VBScript, Python, etc.).

• Proven critical thinking abilities.

• Capacity to deconstruct a problem into manageable, organized components.

• Ability to communicate the problem statement and action plan to others.
