This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Texas.
• Collaborate with enterprise sales, pre-sales engineers, and delivery teams to create and design customized service solutions (Professional and Managed Services) for large and intricate customer environments.
• Spearhead the services discovery process to pinpoint customer goals, technical needs, and operational limitations.
• Develop comprehensive service proposals that encompass deployment, migration, integration, adoption, and lifecycle management elements.
• Design Managed Services frameworks that incorporate monitoring, proactive maintenance, optimization, and continuous technical management.
• Construct detailed Statements of Work (SOWs), service definitions, and solution blueprints that meet customer expectations and align with internal delivery capabilities.
• Work closely with Product Management and Operations to standardize and scale repeatable service offerings while preserving the flexibility for customization.
• Provide expertise during customer presentations, executive reviews, and proposal negotiations.
• Ensure that service solutions are technically robust, financially sound, and operationally feasible.
• Act as a trusted advisor to enterprise customers, assisting them in navigating service transformation and the adoption of managed services.
• Keep a thorough understanding of industry trends, frameworks (ITIL, ISO, etc.), and emerging technologies to foster service innovation and competitive advantage.
• Over 8 years of experience in Services Architecture, Solution Architecture, or Professional Services design within enterprise technology.
• Proven history of designing complex Professional and Managed Services for large enterprise clients.
• Strong grasp of unified communications, collaboration, networking, or cloud infrastructure.
• Experience in developing detailed SOWs, service catalogs, and pricing models for enterprise-level service delivery.
• Demonstrated capability to collaborate cross-functionally with Sales, Engineering, and Delivery teams.
• Exceptional communication, presentation, and customer-facing abilities — comfortable engaging with both executives and technical stakeholders.
• Robust financial and business insight with experience in balancing customer value against delivery margins.
• Bachelor’s degree in a related field or equivalent professional experience.
• Preferred: Technical certifications in cloud platforms (AWS, Azure, Google Cloud) or related enterprise systems.
