This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Germany.
• Formulate and execute a strategic sales and acquisition plan grounded in thorough research, analysis, and the identification of new clients within the enterprise segment (large corporations, conglomerates, international organizations).
• Engage in targeted outreach and consultative selling; foster trusted relationships with HR decision-makers, Heads of Learning & Development, and corporate executives.
• Perform comprehensive needs assessments with enterprise clients and create customized, client-specific solutions from the Berlitz portfolio.
• Discover new requirements and identify cross-selling and upselling opportunities within existing accounts.
• Consistently monitor and report on KPIs (developing and maintaining a sales pipeline, tracking and analyzing conversion rates, and assessing outbound activities).
• Numerous years of experience in enterprise sales / B2B sales, preferably within HR, learning, consulting, or service-oriented environments.
• Demonstrated success in strategic new business development and managing complex sales cycles.
• Strong consultative selling abilities and experience engaging with multiple stakeholders.
• A well-established and dependable network of HR decision-makers and executives in the DACH region.
• Excellent communication skills in both German and English.
