This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Serbia.
• Establishing and nurturing relationships with corporate-level clients.
• Engaging with potential customers through calls, emails, and in-person meetings, conducting structured sales, analyzing needs, and preparing proposals.
• Maintaining CRM and managing the sales pipeline.
• Collecting and analyzing feedback from corporate clients, identifying market trends and challenges.
• Achieving set sales targets, revenue goals, and contributing to the growth of the corporate segment.
• A minimum of 1 year of experience in B2B sales.
• Experience with high-profile clients or extended sales cycles is an advantage.
• Proficient in Serbian for communication with clients.
• Intermediate or higher level of English for internal communication with international teams.
• Experience with CRM systems (preferably Salesforce).
• Strong understanding of sales cycles in the corporate segment and management of them.
