This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Austria.
• Strategic Account Planning & Client Acquisition: You identify and qualify strategic enterprise accounts, developing innovative go-to-market strategies to attract new customers and persuade C-level decision-makers of our tailored cloud solutions.
• High-End Deal Closure: You take responsibility for the entire sales cycle, manage complex tenders, and negotiate contracts at the C-level with the aim of successfully closing professional services deals.
• Trusted Advisor: You maintain and cultivate long-term strategic relationships with key accounts, recognize cross-selling and upselling opportunities, and position PCG as the leading partner for cloud transformations.
• Activating Network: You leverage your contacts within the hyperscaler environment, expand your relationships, and regularly attend key client meetings, trade fairs, and exclusive networking events on-site.
• Deal Enablement: You orchestrate the sales journey by working closely with delivery teams to pitch technically sound and customer-specific solutions while thinking outside the box.
• Performance & Reporting: You strategically utilize our CRM system (Hubspot) for pipeline management, create accurate forecasts, and report your sales success directly to management.
• Proven Hunter DNA & Track Record: Several years of professional experience with demonstrated success in enterprise solution sales (IT/cloud professional services), with a clear focus on acquiring new customers.
• Strategic C-Level Engagement & Stakeholder Management: The ability to act as a convincing sparring partner and trusted advisor at the C-level, presenting complex strategies and ensuring effective stakeholder management.
• Excellent Networking: You possess a strong "cloud wiring" and an existing network of relevant contacts within the hyperscaler ecosystem.
• Cloud Understanding: You have a solid technical foundation in cloud solutions. While you don't need to provide in-depth technical advice, you can succinctly convey the benefits in your pitch.
• Independent Drive & Vision: High self-motivation, pronounced determination, and commitment, paired with innovative thinking to explore new market potentials.
• Team Player: A sustainable project success is more important to you than a quick deal. You impress with result orientation and enjoy collaborating with our diverse team.
• Communication & Language: Excellent negotiation and communication skills in both German and English.
