This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Brazil.
• Take ownership and implement the sales strategy for Brazil.
• Establish and nurture a robust pipeline of qualified enterprise opportunities.
• Generate new business through outbound prospecting, referrals, strategic alliances, marketing initiatives, and industry events.
• Identify and prioritize high-value enterprise accounts.
• Serve as a trusted advisor, assisting customers in enhancing customer engagement and achieving their business goals through Mitto's solutions.
• Oversee the entire enterprise sales cycle from prospecting to contract signing.
• Conduct discovery sessions to understand the business challenges faced by customers.
• Prepare commercial proposals and engage in contract negotiations.
• Facilitate a seamless transition of new customers to Customer Success and Service Delivery.
• Analyze the Brazilian market to uncover new business opportunities.
• Collaborate with Marketing, Product, Presales, Customer Success, and regional sales teams.
• 3–5+ years of enterprise B2B sales experience.
• Proven expertise in CPaaS, telecommunications, cloud communications, or enterprise messaging.
• Demonstrated success in opening new enterprise accounts and driving new business growth.
• Strong hunter mentality with a consistent record of meeting sales targets.
• Experience in managing complex enterprise sales cycles with multiple stakeholders.
• Understanding of the enterprise buying processes within Brazil.
• Experience in selling solutions such as SMS, WhatsApp Business, RCS, Voice, and omnichannel communication platforms.
• Native or fluent in Portuguese.
• Professional proficiency in English.
• Additionally, fluent in Spanish is a plus.
