This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Germany.
• Positioning and marketing high-value consulting and professional services engagements that facilitate digital, agile, and organizational transformation.
• Identifying strategic opportunities to shape customized service solutions.
• Coordinating internal consulting and delivery teams to maximize value and foster sustainable revenue growth.
• Establishing and nurturing senior-level relationships, ensuring that delivery aligns with client expectations.
• Contributing to the overarching commercial strategy while leveraging value-based selling techniques.
• Leading discovery and advisory discussions with senior stakeholders to pinpoint business challenges and transformation priorities.
• Crafting service proposals that align with customer goals.
• Seeking new business within strategic enterprise accounts and untapped prospects.
• Ensuring client satisfaction by addressing concerns and providing prompt support.
• Submitting precise sales forecasts and reports, aiding in strategic and account planning.
• 5–10 years of experience in IT or professional services sales, preferably in consulting, cloud transformation, or enterprise solution delivery.
• Demonstrated success in selling high-value, multi-year consulting engagements—not software licenses.
• Proven ability to hunt for and develop new enterprise accounts, with prospecting making up a significant portion of your activities.
• Familiarity with Atlassian tools is a plus.
• Strong strategic thinking skills, capable of developing and executing account and territory plans based on data and market insights.
• Proficient in navigating complex sales cycles to close high-value deals.
• Ability to build trust and long-lasting relationships with C-level executives and key stakeholders through a consultative, client-focused approach.
• Entrepreneurial mindset, with a proactive approach to identifying opportunities for process improvement, leading initiatives, and enhancing performance.
• Excellent communicator, able to clearly articulate ideas to clients and internal stakeholders, influencing decisions at the executive level.
• Comfortable engaging with clients in both English and German.
