This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Australia.
• Expand Halter's corporate accounts throughout Australia within the beef and dairy industries.
• Enhance the structure, talent density, and coaching framework of the NSW Enterprise organization.
• Dedicate two to three days weekly in the field to model best practices, support managers, and remain attuned to customer and market demands.
• Tailor Halter's sales process and create as well as implement training initiatives for the Enterprise Account team.
• Propel execution through hands-on training, ride-alongs, deal evaluations, and ongoing improvements.
• Lead enterprise sales meetings and navigate intricate sales cycles.
• Conduct weekly assessments of pipeline health, forecast discrepancies, territory performance, leading indicators, and productivity metrics.
• Formulate and execute an Enterprise Accounts strategy that aligns with Halter's growth objectives.
• Utilize field insights to inform sales strategy, territory design, role clarity, and coaching focuses.
• Convert customer insights into actionable product, engineering, onboarding, and go-to-market requirements.
• Collaborate with product, customer support, and marketing teams to achieve outcomes for enterprise accounts.
• Forge partnerships within Halter's global organization to cater to NSW Enterprise needs.
• Establish and maintain Halter's brand by leveraging industry relationships.
• Facilitate monthly and quarterly revenue forecasting in collaboration with the leadership team.
• Refine and advance the sales process for enhanced speed, efficiency, and predictability.
• Undertake additional responsibilities as necessary.
• Strong commercial acumen, creativity, and capability to navigate complex negotiations.
• Proactive hunter mentality with the ability to pursue and expand large enterprise accounts.
• Proficiency in negotiating multi-million dollar contracts.
• Competence in reporting essential KPIs to a General Manager.
• Ability to train and enhance the skills of sales teams.
• Capacity to align teams with strategic objectives and deliver tangible results.
• Skill in building trusting relationships at all levels within farming organizations.
• Understanding of the business structures, needs, and challenges faced by large, multifaceted businesses.
• Ability to effectively communicate functionality, benefits, and value to enterprise clients.
• Experience in managing pipeline, forecasts, territory, and productivity evaluations.
• Competence in developing and executing enterprise account strategies.
• Skill in translating customer insights into actionable product, engineering, onboarding, and go-to-market requirements.
• Ability to collaborate with product, customer support, marketing, senior leadership, and executive teams.
• Proficiency in building and leveraging industry connections.
• Capability to forecast monthly and quarterly revenue accurately.
• Ability to enhance and evolve sales processes.
• Willingness to spend two to three days per week in the field.
